Excellent customer service. The rooms here are big and clean and the hospitality is perfect. While the hotel is situated near the highway, it is extremely quiet inside. Parking is free and secure. Michelle was very accommodating and helped our every need.
We stayed here one night. Got in late and left early. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff at check in were wonderful. Very kind. The staff while checking out was quite rude, acted like we were inconveniencing him by leaving early.
Fantastic hotel at the edge of town. It's an very new building and feels extremely clean. Comfy beds, excellent service. We missed breakfast my a few minutes but the manager helped us get our morning cup of coffee in. The gal that worked the night shift was also very friendly and helpful. Used the laundry during my stay and the machine is industrial grade. Views of the mountains and surrounding areas are nice too. Highly recommend this spot if you need a hotel to stay in town
5-day visit with no housekeeping. After the 3rd day, we called and we're told we needed to tell them. Requested for the next day and nothing. The breakfast service was good.
It’s an ok hotel but for the price they definitely over charge …… r v camp set up in front of motel which I would say is weird but apparently in California it’s the normal 👀….. but did not feel unsafe …. Rooms very dark no lighting to see except in bathroom beds not a wow factor but not uncomfortable ….. pool … gym…. Washer dryer …. They have and well I’m hoping the free as motels call it but we know we all pay for breakfast is at least descent …. Definitely not a 5 star motel just cause price let’s be honest here
