Hampton Inn & Suites Lino Lakes

Pretty standard Hampton Inn experience. Clean room, quiet, good breakfast. We're been a Hilton Honors member for years and tend to stay at Hampton Inns as they are pretty consistent. In contrast, we stayed at a different branded hotel not far from here, the room wasn't clean as we found clothes on the floor under a table, and when we mentioned it to the management, the response was "So what, come back again and spend more money", or not. I don't think that behavior would be repeated here, and I do think being an Hilton Honors member also commands some preferential treatment across this chain.

Enjoy the dumpster pick up service at the back of the building that comes before sunrise, guaranteed to have you up early. Also I had a fantastic time cleaning up the Coors light can and empty water bottle in the rotting wood sauna. Then after checking out with our suits on and ready to go swimming before leaving we are told that we were not aloud back in to the swim area unless we had a room for the coming night. So with no where to change and the bathrooms in the lobby being cleaned it was a adventure. And not one I’ll be duplicating. You shouldn’t either.

We checked in at 11pm tired from a day of travel from st. Martin and the tv did not work and no one to repair it. If they were even at 10% capacity it would be a miracle and dont tell me previous guests did not mention it!

My wife and I have 3 kids one is autistic and this was the first getaway in a 2 years and this place ruined our weekend. It's kind of lame booked the wrong date. Worker gave us the room. Guess we have to pay more money to stay. When the worker said he was gonna match the price of our October date .Never coming here again. Gonna tell everyone about our bad experience and believe me words travel fast for all the people I know. Still getting a lawyer to fight this and contacting the bbb. Weird when you get 2 free waters when you get the room keys. Definitely not over Fighting this. We should of never got the free waters and the room keys if we still owed on the room!!!

We got a room and after unpacking after traveling for 12 hours we finally lay down to watch a little tv with a tv that doesn't even work. Instead of bringing us another tv they asked us to move...uummm NOOOO! Will never stay here again!
