Hampton Inn & Suites Moreno Valley

We came down here to visit some family, and since it's kind of far from us, we decided to stay here for a night. The first thing is we are staying in an upgraded room, so it was, of course, a bit more expensive, but it's absolutely beautiful. We opted for the whirlpool bath, and it exceeded my standards. It definitely is something I wouldn't use every day as it takes a lot of water, but it's something I want in my own home now. Second, the rooms are spacious (both this room and the regular rooms), but if you're staying in the room extra long, or with a few people, this upgraded room is definitely worth it. It also has 2 tvs, 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. I knew I was going to be staying a bit longer in the room so I brought my video games to at least have something to do since they offer tv services, but it was mainly just Christmas movies or shows due to the holidays. Overall, this was a fantastic trip, and it was a great idea to do the upgrade.

My stay here was bad. The room was not clean, the bedding was not clean, the general chemicals used to upkeep had something caustic in it and the vent in the bathroom blew foul smelling air all night as did the AC unit. The walls are thin. I was not able to open my window as they lock them for some reason. Maintenance staff was rude as well. I was not able to get the rest I needed. I do not recommend staying here. Edit: 01.2025 The manager eventually left a voicemail after this review was posted but when I called them back to discuss a couple of times, they didn't follow up. I fully paid for this stay.

I was there for a night for job training. I had attentive and happy staff who were able to assist me right away with things such as getting wi fi when my room login didn’t work while working in the lounge and them also watching over guest belongings when I was away for a few minutes. I thank Aldo and Jackie for this experience!

LOOK pretty but looks can be desiving!!!! They charge a yeng yang and have those piece of crap blowing cold air and no HeAT. Sorry but my ROOM looks more like a hotel then this PLACE! LoL I WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGES ONCE I DISCHEGE😭🙉🛌

Listen here... been 90% resding here thee last 2 months. Staff are so respectful and helpful! Though we aren't happy with how the weekend (breakfast cook) aka.. SUCH A warrior for breakfast is supposed to do it all alone. Give help to her! She can't keep up with demands during summer, apparently.
