This is a very nice property, however, the $25 a night charge to park in the parking deck is a ripoff. With that being the only way to access the hotel, It is not gated or monitored, so I am unsure what you are actually paying for. Parking should be provided for your facility at no cost. Other than that, the hotel is very nice. It is clean, the breakfast area is nice with a large variety of items to choose from, the staff was friendly during check in/out and the beds were extremely comfy. They have several pools outside as well as pools covered and heated, but they are not indoors or enclosed, so if you wanted to swim, be prepared for the cold winds blowing in off the ocean during the winter time and cooler months.

I would like to know what the owner has to say about this review. A response was provided to others but not this review: A L 3 weeks ago on Google 1/5 Vacation ❘ Family I stayed at this property passing through as a HH Diamond member this hotel was extremely ran down and service was extremely unwelcoming. The rooms were outdated, carpet was coming up, shower curtain had a hole in it. The room was gross and unacceptable. There is a huge gap between the bottom of the door and the ground. Like you could fit a cereal box through it. All the rooms were like that it’s a super big safety issue and very creepy. The hotel staff were very unwelcoming and unfriendly. I would not stay at the hotel nor would I recommend it. Do better Hampton. Rooms 1.0 Service 1.0 Location 5.0 Rooms: Outdated Safety: Felt very unsafe

The only place I stay in Myrtle Beach. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is fairly good as far as hotel food goes and is included in the cost. The hotel is a 15 minute drive from great restaurants and 7 minutes from the airport. It has a parking garage (parking costs extra, I think $15/day but don't quote me). The best part is relaxing on the balcony in an ocean front room.

Went for a quick weekend getaway. The room was clean, but the shower did drain slowly. That was the only downside. The parking spaces are tight. Breakfast was okay. Meat needed to be cooked longer. The restaurant in the hotel has excellent food. I did a separate review on that cause it was that good. Would stay here again.

Overall exceptional experience. Indoor pools are actually outside just covered under the hotel structure and heated. There is a north and south tower, so gotta make sure you're on the right elevator. My kids wanted some snacks from the front, so 2 bags of chips a soda and apple juice were $18. The room was clean with a nice view but was too expensive for 11/27/24, which is the winter season. My baby girl left her teddy and I never got a call or was I stopped by housekeeping on my way out. They entered the room to clean as I left, after we had a pleasant conversation and they knew where I'd be while loading up baggage. Breakfast was pretty good, but busy. I'd recommend.
