Why We Loved It: ✅ Perfect Location – We prefer staying outside of downtown Nashville, as that’s where the real action is! Hendersonville, Goodlettsville, and Gallatin are our go-to spots, and this hotel is perfectly located—easy to access and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, stores, and shopping centers. ✅ Outstanding Service – The staff was attentive and welcoming. Even during busy breakfast hours, the breakfast attendant ensured everything was stocked, letting guests know if something was running low and how long it would take to refresh—great attention to detail! ✅ Clean & Comfortable – The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly for the area. I have stayed here many times. You get what you pay for. The service is fine, even when checking in at the later hours of the night, but the rooms lack a lot. If it's a convenient stay for your location, then it works and is cheap. If you plan to do anything other than shower in the room, it's not great. Beds are consistently bad, and you won't get a restful sleep.
Best customer service I’ve ever received at a Hampton Inn! Text after a few hours to see how my stay was. I said 4 out of 5 because I could use some more towels I hadn’t asked for, and the towels were there in no time. Some girls with our group left a water bottle and a stuffed animal, and the front desk found them in less than 10 minutes with great service. The free breakfast was also good. Would highly recommend
