Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville @ Opryland

My recent stay at Hampton Inn and Suites was simply fantastic. The hotel's welcoming atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and convenient location made my visit a memorable one. What truly impressed me was the outstanding service provided by the staff, led by the General Manager, Bruce Neal. Bruce's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, and it set the tone for a great stay. Additionally, I would like to give a special shoutout to Ericka, the head of housekeeping, and the hardworking housekeepers. Their attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness made the hotel feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend Hampton Inn and Suites for anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience.

Quite possibly one of the worst beds I have ever slept on and that is including air mattresses. The bed was like an over-ripe honeydew. Truly just awful. The room itself was comical in some ways and it is only fair to note that at the time of this writing the hotel was undergoing renovation. The rooms air conditioner made noise like an energized hamster running in its wheel - the incessant squeaking a sort of nightmarish sound machine concoction the tormentors in hell would struggle to dream up. The only saving grace of the hotel is its location and the medication I brought with me that put me to sleep so I didn't have to spend another second awake in this place than necessary.

Great hotel for anyone looking for great service, quiet nights, and a pet friendly place to stay. We were very happy with the hotel. The breakfast was a highlight, and the only small issue we had was quickly corrected by a very capable staff person. Would stay here again next time I’m in town.

I have always enjoyed my stays at the Hamptons, however this room stay was not so nice. The refrigerator did not keep cold, only one USB phone charging port on the right side of the bed, the sink and shower head dripped and leaked constantly when shut off, the toilet handle stuck, old style microwave, small pillows. The TV was nice and the staff was very good. The upkeep and cleanliness on the rooms must be better when paying top dollar per night.

This Hilton property is older but under renovations. The staff is super nice and Tori was wonderful at the front desk. Love that they are pet friendly. Great location...just minutes from the Convention Center.
