Hampton Inn & Suites Springdale/Zion National Park

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in February. The property is a newer Hampton Inn and very nice. Service was excellent, location was perfect and rooms were clean large and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, the hotel is close to the park entrance and has a wonderful view. Flavored waters, lemonade, fully stocked coffee and tea area, cookies, fruit and light hiking snacks all provided, as well as the usual Hilton breakfast offerings. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This Hampton Inn is conveniently located outside Zion National Park. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean, updated and welcoming. The front desk staff gave us great instructions on the layout of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and offered a great view. The room was well stocked with towels, soap etc. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of foods.

Poppy at the front desk was such a treat when we checked in, which set the tone for our stay. We were in the area for the half marathon and the hotel had a cute care package for runners for us while we waited for the shuttle. Beds were super comfy, staff was genuinely friendly, and the breakfast was always delicious. Only minor complaint was the thin doors/noise from the adjoining rooms.

The location is great and the staff is super friendly. Two things I didn’t like is they charge extra taxes for the rooms (transient tax and some other tax) which does not show when you book online or call them. Also they charge a parking fee without notifying you ($40). The excuse is that everyone in town does it so I didn’t care to argue with them. I noticed multiple people upset checking out with the receipt in hand looking over the same charges I was. Not necessarily the staffs fault more a corporate bullshit decision. My stay came out about $80 more the I expected. If the staff wasn’t so friendly I would have been really pissed about the charges. The staff makes this place. I would still stay here again but just a fair warning on the extra fees.

Exceptional hotel! The room was spotless and very comfortable. The Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton has real charm and style. The breakfast selection was excellent, and everything in the dining area was impeccably clean. The pool was fantastic, and the hot tub was a true highlight. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking mountain views.
