Hampton Inn & Suites Tacoma/Puyallup

This hotel has made my experience in Washington a lot smoother than past visits. Driving up it’s nestled into the hill side right across the street from a Chevron (so convenient). Checking in was a breeze! When I got the room key and saw 329 my heart dropped a little, knowing I had a heaping amount of luggage with my family. After a 12 hour drive it wasn’t something that was going to stop me from getting to that room bed. Comes to think it was more convenient than I thought ! There’s outside parking and a parking garage which we used (best decision) because the elevator led straight up to our room. The room was spacious, clean And had all the works! Refrigerator, coffee machine and a big TV. The Hot breakfast was spot on! It changed everyday from Sausage to bacon, little mini omelets, and of course the everyday waffle maker, oatmeaI, muffins, scones, bagels etc I mean come on! what a great way to start your day. They also have a little shop to buy everyday necessities like toothpaste, tampons etc as well as snacks, drinks and ready to heat meals. On the Second floor is the pool, jacuzzi and gym. Very clean and very spacious ! No need for towels because it is fully stocked. My overall experience was great ! And everyone that worked there was very nice, that made the stay very pleasant. Thank you for the great experience! We will definitely be back 😊

We really appreciate that the front desk helped us switch to a quieter room when we checked in. The king suite was excellent. I liked the layout and it worked really well for us and our teen daughter. The couch/bed was comfortable for her. This hotel is built on a steep hill so the layout and parking are kind of funky. There's parking on all sides and even underneath. When approaching the hotel from the north be sure to make a left turn at the light and enter the rear parking lot. Otherwise you have to make a scary u-turn. The breakfast was typical for Hampton (IMO it was great. I love Hampton breakfasts). Good variety of pastries. Impeccably clean and organized serving area. The dining area is really nice and a great place to gather with friends. The gym is large and well equipped. The pool and hot tub are clean and very nice. I enjoyed both.

Gabriell checked me in and was able to help with a few questions I had about local stuff. I am very happy with this room. Floors are clean, tables and other surfaces are free of dust and debris, window keeps out most of the noise pretty well, and its location is just AWESOME. I uploaded some 3d virtual pictures for other guests to look at. :)

Very. Nice staff. I was there for a Real Estate Event only. Everything was good,clean. They even keep rhe restroom lock you need a key to get in. That was very good for all.

My Wife, son, and father came to visit my daughter all the way from California and honestly this was the best experience I have had in Washingstong for the 8 years she's lived here and just coming in and out. The rooms were big, clean, and the location of the hotel was seriously perfect from where we were planning our go outs, 1 hour from pikes place and downtown Seattle, and then in the middle of all kinds of stuff to do for kids, like petting zoos, which was awesome and one for the memory book! My wife is a Hilton member now and it was the best choice we ever made! Ps. They have breakfast every morning from Wales, bagels, eggs, bacon, oatmeal... start your morning off right here no matter where you are headed! Thank you Hampton Inn!!
