Happy Acres Campground

We have been to Happy Acres on three different occasions, and we have been at three different sites. To be honest there are NO bad sites at this campground. This is a first rate campground, with wonderful management, they make you feel special. It is a full service campground, they have firewood available, ice is also available. They have a laundrymat and a dog wash station. If your low on propane they are able to fill your tank at the park. There is always something to do . We are considering of purchasing a seasonal site for next year.

We stayed for an overnight in September 2024 on our way through Indiana. Pretty easy access off of the highway. Such a nice clean campground! Our site(91) was a pull through and spacious. There are walking trails and nice large areas to walk dogs. Would definitely stay again!

This is a wonderful campground that offers alot! Nicely kept facilities as well as plenty of activities to do, including and in-ground pool. A pond for fishing and swimming as well. Playground for kids, etc. The location is perfect if you need to get back to civilization in a heartbeat too!

We just stayed at Happy Acres this past weekend and my Sister and brother-in-law brought their camper and stayed at the site next to us. The campground was doing Christmas in July, which was a lot of fun. To say that this campground is extremely clean and very well organized, would be an understatement. This campground is immaculate and their organization was second to no other campground we have ever stayed at. They send texts to the person who books the reservation, every step of the way. We got emails after we booked to confirm, and then we received texts regarding checking in, and then 1/2 hour to 45 minutes before each event they had going on each day, so that you wouldn’t miss out on anything. We even got texts when we were getting ready to head home. It was so nice that they keep you up to date on everything. The sites were very large, and as I said before, everything was kept immaculate. We used the pool while we were there too and that was also kept very clean. We had a couple visitors come to see us while we camped and they were extremely impressed with the campground as well. The staff went out of their way to make sure you felt welcome and that you enjoyed your stay. We had so much fun and we will definitely be back again soon!

This rv park is a gem! Neat as a pin. Easy to get in and out. Large, level campsites. Nice fenced dog park. Nice bath house. Super convenient to I69. Communication was GREAT. Emails with instructions before arrival and the day of departure. HIGHLY recommend! We are full-timers and have traveled the country. Happy Acres outshines the majority of rv parks we’ve stayed in along the way. Thank you for the rest, Happy Acres! If we r back this way, we will def stay again!!

What a beautiful well kept campground. The nicest I have been to. Very clean , large lots, staff was great. Great amenities ,pool which looks beautiful was not open yet but very inviting. Play ground was very nice and taken care of. The bathrooms were immaculate as well as the shower. Love that there are 2 family bathrooms as well as regular bathrooms. I could go on forever.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I loved the laundry facilities and dog area. The bathroom was very clean and nice. We sat in the covered patio area on the sofa and enjoyed the lovely evening. We stayed through harvest host, we were given the opportunity to upgrade to a paid site but we decided on boondocking in the parking lot. It was level and easy to park. Plus it was a nice view!

Very nice campground. Well maintained and friendly, helpful staff. The sites are fairly level and easy to get in and out of. Dog park, pickle ball court, and pool on site. I didn't check out the camp store or the cabins.

Easy off and on for a quick overnight stay. If you don’t need a sewer hookup, ask for sites at the top of the hill (94); no highway noise and so private. Big field for dogs (also a dog park near the office). Def will come back given the opportunity. Beautifully maintained.

Highly recommend this campsite. Have nothing bad to say. It exceeded our expectations. The sites are large and the campground overall is very well maintained. Will definitely be staying there again.
