The owner is very responsive via phone and nice but I never actually saw anyone working there. Great views!!" Another shared, "We stayed for a couple nights while visiting the Grand Canyon skywalk. Coming from New England it was very fun to stay in a western desert town. Lots of amazing views and areas to explore. Dog friendly. Has w/s/e and not much else but we had a great time."

Great little place pretty much out in nowhere which was exactly what I was looking for. Bathrooms kept clean. The owner is very responsive via phone and nice but I never actually saw anyone working there. Great views!! I think it's mostly seasonal folks- very friendly. 2 cautions.. there are wandering dogs there... they seem ok but if your dog doesn't like other dogs just be aware. Second... definitely don't follow Google maps...2 miles after Dollar General you'll take a right onto Meadview, then take a left on Sandy Point, then left onto Hualapai Creek. Youll save your car and camper a lot of jostling. I would definitely camp here again.

Let us check in late, we got the best tent spot! And showers were awesome. Free coffee in the morning, AND they had the coolest dogs around. Super cool place. Wish I could give 20 stars!
We started out trip from Las Vegas and drove a scenic hour and fifty minutes to the campground, it's a great middle point from the grand canyon to Vegas. The room was very nice with lots of very beautiful scenery. The Manager Dave came out and gave us a rundown on our stay very nice guy. Would stay here again
My partner and I stayed in a cute room ("Majestic") in the mini motel. The room was not as 'mini' as expected honestly, which was nice. Easy to maneuver - even during long cold nights, but the heating kept us warm. Travelers, as always, make sure you have to he appropriate map and directions and communications available *offline* so you are not relying on cell service! Location was great. At night, just the sound of animals and clear views of the stars. Drive east for 45 min and you have easy access to Grand Canyon West via a drive covered in Joshua trees (far more than I've ever seen at Joshua Tree NP!). Go north 30 min and you can descend down to the Colorado River. Go west 60-90 min and you can do some great hiking along US93 (I recommend the Liberty Bell Arch if you have the time) before you hit the Hoover Dam. Great jumping off point for you adventures! (My review where I booked was accidentally submitted with uneditable phone typos, so I am writing a clearer version here).
