Big lots. Very low key. No full hook up sites but electric and water. Beautiful place to camp. No bathroom or bathhouse only very clean Porta potties. Loved the late check out time!
Hardwood lakes is a little gem. It is a safe place to bring your family for lots of family time. It sits on Hardwood lake which has beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There is a beach and access to a boat launch. There close access to water and lots of Porta John’s throughout the camp. The campground with is very well maintained.
Even though we were in the midst of a major storm and tornado..we had an awesome time!!! We will be back!! The prices were well affordable and the sites were well maintained! Shout out to Vern and Janet you are doing an amazing job!! We only stayed two nights but Thank You!!
It's a decent location, I wish they had more mature trees in the camping areas. The bathrooms are nice and cleaned regularly. They are port a pots type. The fishing from shore was good. The kids enjoyed that as much as I did. We caught bass, bluegill, and crappie. There is ticks there so watch yourself and your loved ones.
Enjoyed our stay, Janet really kept everything nice. The lake was nice and inviting, no complaints!
