Customer Reviews
I came here as a kid in the 90s during family get togethers. I still come here today as an adult and little has changed - the cabins, the land, the families, the views. It is quiet, peaceful, and slow moving - everything that makes it an amazing place. I find myself here during the summer to get away from the busy of life. The rooms are not luxurious but that’s what makes it nice. Everything is camp-like, simple, basic. Nothing to distract you from the serenity of the ocean and the land. We stayed here this last summer for four nights. Between seals coming right up to our cabin in the water to seeing bald eagles, minke whales, jellyfish, jumping fish, sunsets and shooting stars, there isn’t any other way to describe it as surreal. This is family owned and run, the staff are friendly and helpful, the campers are quiet and polite. There is a grocery store three minutes away and some local restaurants to dine at if you don’t seek to cook on a camp stove or over an open fire. You can travel to Canada via the main land or to the islands. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place.
This place is charming, There is camping , cabins, Rvs, and Motel rooms. You're right on the water, Everyone is so friendly, the place is very clean and retro. We will go back . Eastport itself is charming with history and great place to stop and take a break from hustle and craziness of life.
Loved the location and the rooms were great but it was a little weird on room service I might be wrong but I think the dishes are only washed by the last people there but I might be wrong. I think this because they have the visitors clean the dishes before they leave.
Absolutely an amazing place to stay while in Eastport Maine. Great owners, amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. Amazing sites to be seen right from camp whether you bring your own camper, rent a cabin, or stay in the motel. We checked in for an entire week and absolutely loved it and infact I was sad to leave. Wished I had booked 2 weeks but ill be honest not even that would have been long enough. Wonderful , wonderful people. Several Eagles and young eagles to observe. You can fish right from camp or go out on the breakwater in town a 5 minute drive maybe from camp. Absolutely will recommend this place to everyone, such breath taking scenes and absolutely 💯 % relaxing.
Our cabin was very clean and inviting. The grounds were kept up very well also. The Owner was so kind and helpful with things to do, places to eat, etc. in the area. The sunsets and sunrises were absolutely breath taking. My parents & I had such a marvelous time here.
