Can't say enough good about this place the food is absolutely scrumptious. It's a wonderful place to take your significant other on their anniversary or a special birthday. Make reservation for the evening restaurant where you can dance the night away to a live band. It is a little bit dressy so come prepared and make sure you wear clothing that can expand. staying in the hotel was a lovely experience it just has the right result atmosphere and all the excitement of all the buses in the tourist people coming and going. The hot polls are many where everything is there that you do not need to bring any towels they are in your rooms.
It's such a beautiful place to visit, all the hills around the lake the landscape is amazing and the bounty of visiting the hot spring just a few yards of walking. Amazing place to be.
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. I had gone here last year and I had booked to get a bigger room with a balcony suite. When I had received my room I was very disappointed that it was on the first floor and that I had paid extra money for a balcony that I couldn't have even used. The balcony was right beside the hot-tub so there was no privacy at all. We also paid extra to get a mountain view but all we got was the view of the parking lot. I had also complained about how one of the locks were missing for the front door and that I felt unsafe about staying in the room and they told me that it was fine and that my room was so close to the lobby, they would hear if something went wrong. On top of that I also told them that the washroom lock didn't lock either and they told me that they couldn't do anything about it. I had asked if I could change rooms and they said that they were fully booked. Whenever I would ask for anything from the front desk they didn't seem to care or bother trying to help me. On the day that we had to leave, we were waiting in line to check out. There was a couple who was also complaining about their room and how their room had a used condom, and surely enough they happen to have a spare room for them to move into. That made me feel like the manager didn't seem to take me seriously, maybe because I was younger then the couple who were in their mid-40s or maybe the manager was racist. After waiting 30 minutes, the manager ended up telling me to just drop off my key and they would check me out. We decided to leave since we were waiting so long and we proceeded to emailing them for the rest of the issues that we had from our room and they NEVER responded to it. Horrible customer service and manager. The manager could potentially be racist to Asian culture and seem to favour different ethnicity. I will never again stay at this hotel.
The restaurant does not offer quality dishes but the prices are the prices of high quality dishes. Do not recommend to eat here.
Your online information does not match the online information provided on the city website for accessing the spa. A pretty huge issue for people who plan to come to this town to use the hot springs to be just told no. Edit: do not waste your extra money on outdated rooms just to go to the hot springs; go to the source of the hot springs. It’s free and much more nature feeling!
