I would have stayed if it hadn't been for the "Tree Work Ahead" sign as you turned off the highway, and the "Logging Operations Monday - Friday" sign in the toilet. 5:30am is early even for me.
Logging is in progress. Even though this CG is free, it should be an embarrassment to the forest service. The place is a complete state of disrepair. It's hard to believe that reading some of the previous posts that the CG has deteriorated so much.
Primitive Campsites with a pit toilet. It was very quiet last night as there were no other people here at all. The skies were beautiful though. I think I saw every star until that brilliant moon rose. Glorious.
Quite, and free camping Bathroom is dirty and no light inside
It is always beautiful. They recently cut a lot of trees down and they are laying around and blocking a lot of the area that is usually useful.
