An excellent, clean, and well run RV park with just the right facilities. A clubhouse for indoor activities, a gazebo for outside. A well- maintained pool and kids play area for the fun to be had. Then there was the fabulous hot tub. It was behind bars and in its own enclosed area rather than attached to the pool. I love that. No kids jumping in, no shrieking, no having to keep watch - just quiet, peaceful, relaxed soaking after a hard day of driving. So lovely..... Pause to enjoy...... In addition, the bathrooms were all individual rooms, each with its own shower and all handicapped accessible. Most of the sites had small trees for shade, and the whole park was well appointed. There were lots of sites, though, and as every RV'er knows, that can get noisy. Especially when someone leaves at 5AM. But that's why I travel with ear plugs.

Unexpected $50 charge for washing RV! Easy check in at the park, received paperwork and drove to the spot. On the way I noticed wash supplies behind and RV and decided if washing was allowed I might as well clean mine. Checked the rules handed to me at check-in (two separate pieces of paper) and under AUTOMOBILES it said "washing of RVs in park is permissible. Please use environmentally safe products". Cool. Was about half way finished when the lady from the office said she wished I had asked before washing because the park had instituted a $50 charge. I said I didn't see it in the paperwork and she said it was in the rules and regulations I signed electronically the night before. Here's the verbiage from the on-line rules; RV LIMITATIONS RVs must be no more than ten years old or newer, in good working condition, have a good, overall appearance, and be free from rust. Guests are required to wash their Units a minimum of 1 time per year at the current cost posted by the park. The charge is based off of the size of the unit check in at the office for cost of washing. The determination of whether an RV meets these requirements is subject to the sole discretion of management. She mentioned this wording was for long-term guests in the park but the fee applied to all guests. I didn't argue with the host, she was polite and apologetic but doing her job. I mentioned that they needed to do a better job of making guests aware since the paperwork I was handed before parking clearly said washing was allowed with no mention of a fee. It appears the fee was added after the rules and regulation handout was printed? I was going to let this slide but the second piece of paper I received on arrival bugged me. It was typed and talked about bbq's on tables, children being accompanied by adults, and written in marker "RV hoses up on support". You can add this but not a note that you are going to upcharge for washing a rig? Apologies are nice but in this case I believe the park has at least 50% responsibility for the confusion and there should be some leeway or at least a reduced fee since I didn't even know I would owe one! The funny part is I was rating the park a 5 before this. The people are nice, check-in is easy, and the park is beautiful and well maintained. I still recommend it if you are in the area...just read the rules carefully and save your wash for another day.

Greeted very warmly by Pam upon arrival. When I asked about propane, she said she was willing to pick up my two tanks from my 5th wheel, fill them and return. This was going to be and eventually was on her day off. The tanks were filled and returned while we were out for a few hours. And it was raining, too boot. Very nice people and very nice park. I have been here 3 times and will return again. Thanks, Pam!!!

This is a nice RV park with level concrete pads, and full hookups. I was honestly leery about booking here with reviews mentioning a homeless camp, theft, and a rude front office person. We did not have any issues with theft or the homeless. The lady in the front office wasn’t rude, but she was short with me when I asked questions. I asked about my dog fence, and she told me that I could use it but that I had to put it up each night. I asked why and she told me park policy. I looked through all of their park rules, on their handout and online and saw nothing in writing that stated this. The internet is also difficult to connect to, it worked okay most of the time once finally connected. There is a nice spa, restrooms with nice showers, and nice laundry facilities. This is a clean, well maintained park.
