Hemlock Hills Resort Rentals

Literally so perfect! We had the best experience with Hemlock Hills! Cody got back to me whenever or whatever I needed! The rooms were so nice and the place itself exceeded my expectations! We had such a great experience! The structure of the building and the layout is beautiful! Keep in Mind there is no elevator and if you get Suite 5 or 6 its on the 3rd floor so thats about 3 flights of stairs. The first flight is the largest, kinda steep for someone who can’t climb stairs, I had no issues. But the other two are little. Grills out back! The view is amazing! Definitely recommend if you don’t want to stay on the strip! You are literally 10 minutes from everything! Close to Dollywood! Exceeded my expectations entirely! Also there isn’t a broom, so that would have been nice to have but other than that we had no complaints! It was so peaceful! We definitely will book with Hemlock Hills again whether it be a cabin or this place again!

It was a great stay. No issues at all. The beds were great.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was nice to have a home base to relax at. For our particular cabin, I did go onto Google maps and figure out where to go before arriving because it was not routing me to the correct cabin. Since we were arriving in the dark I wanted to make sure we knew where to go! Once there I was able to find it easily. Allotted parking area was sufficient for our 2 vehicles. I had read other reviews about varying temperatures on different levels, so I was prepared, but they also had plenty of blankets and heaters available if needed. I would suggest bringing soap just in case it isn't stocked as stated. There is also a grocery store very nearby if you need any supplies.

We stayed in the Townplace flex. This is a newer building that is very well kept. Hemlock Hills is one of the easiest most friendliest companies I have ever used. This being the third time in the last year using them. Customer service is outstanding, Cody is very responsive and polite. No complaints and will be booking with them again. A cheap hotel can’t be booked on parkway for the price you pay for a nice up kept 2 bedroom condo here.

The cabin was great! The parking was ok.We enjoyed the hot tub. The bed's were comfortable. We had a great time 👍
