Absolutely love it here. We have been monthly tenants since August due to my husbands job. The staff are amazing and will go above and beyond for you. The campground is very quiet and clean. We have no problems (my husband works nights) so sleeping during the day is hard but here it’s been so easy. We haven’t had any problems, and they love our dogs! I’d recommend this RV park to anyone. The prices are very reasonsable!

We stayed here for almost half a year with our two year old and Great Dane while my husband worked at the GM plant in Springhill. The hostess and manager were absolutely amazing and accommodating. We loved being in the country but still had options for shopping and other activities nearby. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Family friendly and safe.

Be careful of this place. I don't want any families' to suffer through what we've suffered through. It's ok for maybe 1 or 2 weeks at the most. But here are a few considerations to consider when staying here. Take it from someone who's been here for close to 10 months. They will be nice at first, but keep things professional, keep records, and keep up your guard if you have to stay here. We recently got evicted from this place because "We slammed doors at night." Thing is, there's no visible "Quiet Time" hours posted, you see a contract once. Also there's inconsistency because there are other tenants who show up at 1 or 2 am from work. The staff was over the top in evicting us, and even used police presence when they could have just told us nicely, we did nothing wrong. I also heard that other people were kicked out for similar noise complaints, like arguments between spouse, or someone who rides a motorcycle in and out of the park. I've been doing this for 2 years and I've never gotten a noise complaint in the parks I've been through across America. I tried to fix the issue by parking off kilter from the door of a neighbor and quietly pulling my RV door in. This also kept me from working nights which made me lose money that could have gone to my family. I don't know if the noise complaints were really about my son who is autistic, but it's irrational because I've never had this issue with any park for 2 years. I tried to reason with them and have us go to a different space but they refused and sited that there were complaints but only had 2 formal complaints in the span of 10 months. She kicked us out on Easter, in front of my children one who is special needs with police presence. I wasn't gonna write this, but I can't let this go since it was on Easter and was done without a whim in front of my Children. We had not even left are RV since I paid the rent the previous day, fortunately I got refunded for it, but the whole experience was awful and traumatic for me and my children. We had never been treated so cruel before by any camp ground especially in all places, Tennessee. The thing is, the rules are applied selectively, and I am putting this out as a warning to people that it could be done to them. You can judge someone, until it happens to you.... To all the people who says, their campground their rules, selectively applied rules that affect you. This is your life, and the difference between you being homeless, should these rules by this vindictive? If you use the Laundry room, it's a trap, there are cameras in their. Why is this a bad thing? Because if you live near someone who had a roach complaint and you use that facility, now you are "Spreading Roaches" in the facility. They didn't handle pest control issues for months until it was too late and spread to multitudes of RVs. Avoid using that room. There's donation boxes and if you don't put cash in it that day, the staff will steal your laundry basket to justify that... If you are gone most of the day and you come back after working two jobs, you get kicked out, that sucks. I sincerely hope that does not happen to anyone who wants to work all day in Spring Hill or Nashville for that matter, and comes back to get complained. There's no recourse, no moving spaces, it's final and you're gone with your family, cops there... It's like Discrimination. ***PS. If you are reading this and work here and you try to call places to tell us anything negative this is a violation of the Law. I will contact an attorney if you go this route and I have informed people I am with now of the situation already.

The lady from the front office definitely looks out for you. Everything has been great so far. My kids love the playground by the front office. It's super cute. The vending machine doesn't work which sucks. But that's really my only complaint.
