Great place to park and access the 160 mile Knobstone Trail. Easement trails to the north, passing close to the Frank Fisher Barn and all the way through the former Moto Supreme property. A few miles of roadwalking after will get you to the HoosierNF section of the trail. Or head south if you don't mind roadwalking to Sparksville and eventually Spurgeon Hollow. Camping in the pines just behind the large parking area is great. The KHTA recently acquired the property from the HHC, and was acquired from the Turner and Pletzer families about 15 years ago.
