Hick's White Top Campground located near Bristol Nascar Racetrack

We camped at Hicks White Top Campground for the spring Bristol race. The campground was wonderful! We had plenty of room to set up. Some areas are very hilly so you do have to pick carefully. The bar/kitchen area was nice and they had oversized games for everyone to play like giant jenga and connect four. The showers were perfect for a campground. It’s not the ritz Carlton but they were sufficient for what you need. And the ENDLESS HOT WATER was freaking awesome! Especially since it got quite cold outside. They kitchen offers food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner that were well priced. They had Corey LaJoie make an appearance for autographs and pictures as an added bonus! The band Saturday night was great too! They offered great prices on draft beers both days. The local United Methodist church does a shuttle directly to and from the track for the campground for donations. If you don’t do the shuttle it’s not a horrible walk to the back entrance of the track either! Definitely 5 stars for campground!

Great location. Friendly staff. Efficient and friendly shuttle. Really good food. Everything is reasonably priced! This will forever be our spot for Bristol!

This campsite was amazing! The family that owns and runs it is super nice and very helpful. When we arrived at the site, they were very accommodating and were very happy to make our experience as best as possible. They have about 15 showers in the men's bathroom, and I never encountered a wait for a shower. The water was hot, and the showers were very clean! They also have a shuttle that will take you to and from the track. There was a live band on Friday night, and they sold beer and food. If/when we go back to watch a Bristol race, we will definitely stay here.

Won’t stay anywhere else for Bristol race weekends. Been staying multiple times a year for the past 5 years. Rocco, family and friends who work on site provide good customer service, kind to all their campers. If you don’t want to cook nice they have concessions for quick meal. Friday night concerts in the pavilion always a fun time. Another key to staying here is campground doesn’t flood in unpredictable Tennessee Valley weather like other racetrack campgrounds do. Affordable pricing.

Hicks Whitetop was a great place to stay for the country thunder concert in sept 2022. The trailer (condo 3) we stayed in was super clean and very spacious. Super nice people running the campground. The young man who was on site all weekend was extremely attentive and the shuttle he hooked us up with was perfect! We will be back!!
