This park is gigantic. It has plenty of space for playing sports, running around, an excellent dog park, and a great fireworks show on July 3rd. This was one of the best fireworks shows I have seen. Highly recommend this place for camping as well if you have an RV.
RV & tent camping. Electric and water sites are available. The shower house is clean and comfortable. The water temperature was consistent and the pressure was great. The sites are located close to gas, groceries, and restaurants. Easy on-off route 86.
Lovely park on the way to Corning. Well maintained. Stopped by to have a quick picnic lunch. It was beautiful. Pavilions are by the river. They have barbecue pits, water spigots, and swings. Restrooms are nearby. Got to pack your own garbage. There are several RV hook ups.
Nice clean park, good amenities reasonable prices!
Very nice campground. It has full service hookups, and is well maintained. It's first come first serve, which is nice on one hand, because you can drive in and park in any open spot. Check-in is really a breeze. You can fill out an envelope and put it in the mail slot. On the other hand, if you're traveling from out of town, it would be nice to be able to have a spot reserved. The park is very nice & quiet. There are no "services," like a camp store, etc., but there is a grocery store, a hardware store, and restaurants just outside the park. The hookups at the camp sites are a little awkward, with water and electric on opposite sides for some of the sites. The water for "our" site didn't work, so we had to hook up to another. I'm kind of glad it wasn't busy or that might have been a problem. We had already parked the trailer and unhooked from the truck before I realized. So I had to run out to the hardware store for an extra hose. In the end, everything worked out fine, though. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
I love this park so many memories, work together keep it clean, there so many species of wildlife you can see just on a walk.
Lots of open space, with huge shade trees
