Customer Reviews
We started at Hickory Hills over a year ago. We stayed in the lodges and cabins. They were always clean and presentable when we arrived. The grounds were well kept. Everyone was so friendly to us. We stayed all the summer holidays and extra time in October for the Halloween festivities. Highly recommend. My kids love all the activities, riding around on gold cart. The dogs sleep so well after a run in the dog park. This year we are seasonal and we love it, our 2nd home even better. The staff are there to answer my questions on camping life. The activities are top notch. Everyone is so friendly. Can’t wait for more memories to be made in our favorite place.
We were looking for last minute plans for Memorial Day weekend. We looked on Google and found Hickory Hill Campground. This place is AMAZING. There are so many activities and everyone is super friendly. We brought our dog as did many others. They have a fenced in dog park which is awesome. We are definitely coming again!!!!!
I travel for work and was able to stay here for a while. From the calls to make reservations, needing to change locations due to the size of my coach and until we needed to extend our stay for repairs, the staff was great at working with us. They were always friendly and helpful for whatever we needed. One of the best experiences we've had across the country.
It was pouring when we arrived, not anyone's fault, but when it stopped raining and we were able to setup on our 50 amp pull-thru full hookup grass site, We had to put it 4 wheel drive to get level, our fire pit was 8-10" below grade (full of water) as well as our sewer hookup. Our picnic table had a bent leg (very unsafe), we switched it with an unoccupied site's table and mentioned the table to some staff , but it was never taken away. the free Wifi was unavailable by Saturday. not what we thought we'd get for $94 per night plus $20 site selection fee. overpriced by $30 per night in our opinion.
Excellent campground for all ages! Plenty of activities for all and different themes throughout the week. Staff are caring and look out for the campers best interests. Quite in the valley camping!
