It is just okay. There are some problems that need to be addressed. Rampant theft by persons unknown. If you can secure your property, it is a very inexpensive place to live.

Campground is unsafe not family friendly, only people there are drunks who want to fight, drug addicts and thieves. Also dogs running loose that are not friendly. I would like to come spend time on my property but I would not do it unless I can bring my gun only way I would feel safe. This is way I do not pay my assessment fee. Why should I when I am not safe there or my family.

I have never visited this place although I have herd alot about it. I havent been down by the park in quite a while until last night, I couldnt believe what I saw. That place is a run down mess, drug central haven. They need to clear that place out. I cant believe the county lets the things go on at that campground. They really need to get the military in that place and clean house. They need to get the dope dealers, druggies and all the rest of them out of that place and shut it down permanently.
