The owners of hidden stills campground designed it with peace and tranquility in mind. They kept all the big trees, and tactfully Incorporated the existing streams and geography. They did a phenomenal job in creating this slice of Paradise in the gorgeous Appalachian mountains.
Hidden Stills is amazing. The property is private with spacious RV spots that include Mountain View’s and a creek that looks and sounds very relaxing. The owner and his staff are polite, professional, and very hospitable. I extended my stay because I truly don’t want to leave. Fall colors, wildlife, and a beautiful well thought out setting of the property makes this place great. A big thank you to the staff and the owner who happens to be a retired firefighter. I had a great time and will definitely be back.
My wife and I stayed here for 14 nights. This place is absolutely beautiful! The location is great. It's an easy drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Smoky Mountains National Park. We work remotely from the road and the cell phone service here is excellent. Especially since we are in the woods. The cell service has been 5G the entire time. The sites are spacious, clean, and laid thoughtfully. All new utilities. There was a lot of time, thought and care designing this campground. We will definitely be back. Hopefully with a bunch of our family and their campers in tow.
This camp ground is gorgeous. We wanted to be close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but be out in the wilderness not a concrete jungle campground. The sites are beautiful, ours backed up to a stream the kids played in during all their free time. The fire pits and log bench’s are adorable. Connections were great and WiFi available. So clean, beautiful and friendly. Large rigs may have some difficulty navigating some of the sites but most are perfect. No amenities that are included but ax throwing and corn hole for a fee. No shower but very clean bathhouse with commodes and sinks. Owner was welcoming and friendly and worked with us as we weren’t sure due to recent hurricane if we had a path in. Blessed that we made it and had an amazing fall break.
The campground has a very unique out of town atmosphere. It's a great location to have a peaceful stay and not be to far away from the popular destinations. The owner was fantastic and even helped me park my motorhome with large trailer in the dark later at night. They did a great job making us feel welcome and I will definitely be returning again. Thank you for the great hospitality!
