Hidden Waters RV Park, Campground & Outdoors

This is a little hidden gem. Remote campground on Hwy 129 with a creek running beside it. It is very clean and well kept, and the owner Carter was so helpful explaining the surrounding area. He checked in with us each day to see if we needed anything. We pulled our motorcycles up with a friend and had some wonderful rides through the mountains. We WILL be back. Thank you Carter for all your wisdom.

We spent 5 nights here. It was our first visit, so expectations of a quiet place to enjoy the fall leaves was anticipated. The gentleman who helped me book was very polite and when I asked to be moved to another site if it came available, he followed through. He even went above and beyond to send a short video of the site-not my request, just an excellent level of customer service. We were warmly greeted upon arrival. Our site was perfect, spacious, clean, and quiet. No one bothered us but always waved as we drove in. We arrived at peak leaf and it felt magical watching them fall all around us as the week went on. There is a small bathhouse (didn't use), and firewood for sale at a very reasonable cost. We loved the smaller campgrounds and the river along most sites is beautiful. We had a great week.

This campsite is a true gem! It was clean, peaceful, and easy to navigate, making our stay incredibly enjoyable. The electrical and sewage hookups were a huge plus, and the bathhouse was immaculate—definitely one of the best I've seen. We loved that it’s pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry friend along. The nearby creek added a lovely touch, providing a soothing background sound. Plus, it’s conveniently located only 22 minutes from the Nantahala Outdoor Center and 22 minutes to Andrews, NC, making it a perfect base for adventure. And if you forget anything, Ingles is just four minutes up the road! The facility was well-kept, and the check-in process was a breeze. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing camping getaway!

Amazing place! Secluded but still close to all the good motorcycle roads! We stayed here for a long Labor Day weekend and can’t wait to come back! Waking up to the sound of the creek was so relaxing. Clean & nice showers/bathrooms. Staff was friendly! Site #2 was perfect for our 36’ toy hauler!

This is such a cute and relaxing campground and we are so happy we found it! All the sites are great and most are creek side with amazing water sounds to enjoy. The bath house was very clean and you got your own full bathroom! The owner was awesome and if you have any questions he has an answer or will find out. Enjoyed every minute there and will be booking again!
