Do not bring your children here. This place is full of crack and meth heads. The roads are almost inaccessible with washouts and pot holes the size of craters.
There's some nice places. You can see a few places where people are working hard to clean the lots up. However the roads are horrible. Someone was trying to get them fixed up, but got stopped by the board of trustees. Some board. You'd think they would appreciate all the help they could get maintaining them.
Holding tanks and roads need work otherwise nice lake and 1st tier properties
