What an awesome experience!!! From the initial phone call and online side by side reservation to the pick up was very professional and positive. Had a blast riding on the Bearwallow section of the Hatfield-McCoy trail system. Next time we'll likely do camping or a cabin in addition to a machine rental. I'd definitely recommend Hillbilly Rentals.
Place was exactly as shown on website, No hidden fees, gimmicks, for rentals. Stayed at Campground, 50 amp full hookup (hard to fine) Cleanest Bathhouse with High pressure waterfall shower head. Family run, great folks, extremely accommodating, great communication through entire process from inquiry to check out. Highly recommend if looking for a getaway, will be back. Brad @ Tifanie
Had a great experience with Shawnda from Hillbilly Rentals last week. We were heading down from CT a roughly 12 hour ride when a storm derailed our plans. Sitting 6hrs away from home with our reservations cancelled due to the storm. We began calling a number of places. Thats when we met Shawnda who kindly took our information and called someone in the Julian area to check if the roads were open before sending Us there. She set Us up in the Ivy Branch cabins and we proceeded to have an awesome week and the entire trail system to ourselves! Thanks again Shawnda ! Highly recommend Shawnda and Hillbilly Rentals!
This was a great experience!!! We rented a cabin at the Ivy Branch trailhead and rented a side-by-side that was delivered to our location. Hillbilly Rentals made everything so simple and easy as this was our first experience on the HMT. The folks we worked with were so kind and thorough. We will definitely be renting from them again.
These guys accommodated me last minute, I had a company have to cancel my SXS rental due to an equipment issue, and Hillbilly rentals came to the rescue. They delivered a machine about 35 mins away, even though there was a tree blocking the route to our cabin, and the RMax I rented worked flawlessly and was in great shape.
Great campground! Staff were very helpful and nice! Needed to adjust my trailer hitch and a gentleman at the shop pulled out some tools and helped me adjust it. Great facilities!
