My sister and her boyfriend stayed there during my wedding renewal and it is so beautiful. The little cabins are too cute.
I did a semi-guided bull rifle elk hunt with Gary in September 2023. I spent a few days pre-season scouting in the summer with Gary. He showed me around the area and let me stay in the cabins, which are just what you need for a hunting trip. During the hunt, Gary's wife cooked a delicious supper every night. If you are going to be in the area, this is a great place to stay and if you are lucky enough to get drawn for a Kentucky elk hunt, I would definitely recommend Grace Elk. They have a lot more experience and have been around a lot longer than a couple of the other elk outfitters and they won't screw you over if you don't draw one of the top regulated areas like others do.
Hunted with Grace Elk Outfitters in 2019. Gary and his guides were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The lodging and meals were perfect and made the end of a long days hunt very relaxing. My guide Lincoln Smith was outstanding and we were seeing elk nearly every hunt. I can’t recommend them enough. If you draw a KY elk tag then Grace Elk Outfitters needs to be your first call.
I had an awesome experience with Gary. He was first class. Family man, and his wife can flat out cook! I’ll be back for sure!
Gary was an excellent host and the cabins were nice. I was drawn for a cow elk rifle tag. Gary took me around to show me where he had seen elk and or shot elk in the past the week before my hunt. Opening morning came and I was tagged out by 11:30 am.
5 star hands down! My stay was great. Very clean and very well maintained . Gary and his crew are wonderful people and over the years have became really good friends!
