Katey was a wonderful host. Me and my wife went on a little weekend getaway for my birthday,went we arrived I was greeted with a happy birthday ! Upon check in Kathy gave me a rundown of all the fun local activities and delicious local restaurants. The room(#2)was clean cute and cozy enough room for us 2 and my bike. The transaction was the easiest with no junk fees. I really appreciate the great hospitality and will be back again. Thank you !
Katy was great. We had room #1 with a kitchen. It was cute and very clean. A bit noisy since it is closest to the road, but I slept well. Stayed there a few years ago in another cabin and it was quiet. Only a mile to The Village so the location is great. A big plus, they don't add on fees, the price is as advertised, which is rare to find.
This place is amazing. Katey is such a sweetheart! Very dog friendly place, although I did not bring my dog. I stayed at their single bed room, and it was amazingly comfortable. Across the street is the Big Bear Brewery, I did not go in but you could hear music coming out from the brewery (when you're inside your room, you don't hear anything the music). The best way I can describe this place is that it is very personable. There is an actual person trying to create an environment, I loved it!
