It's okay for a large group. Price is good but expect some extra for rental fees like bbq profane, a/c and boats. Nice Decks overlooking the rice lake. Not cool to pay per garbage bag otherwise bring home your garbage. Cabins needs to be maintained. Kids will enjoy and will have fun. Bring fishing rods too.
