Yeah the park ends at the trash can past that is private property so yeah you can't get in the water because it's not part of the park I really have no clue why anybody would come to this specific one a big joke of a "Park" lol
While there is some playground equipment, there's not much to it. I don't think you can actually get in the water here, but if you can, it would feel like you're in the neighbor's' backyard.
