Probably my favorite Hilton so far (I’m an Honors Member due to my work). The room was super comfortable and clean, the lobby/restaurant/bar, were so inviting (not the usual sad hotel vibe; if you know what I mean). Shout out to Jonah who checked me in, he was super accommodating and friendly, and recommended some fabulous local spots during my stay. Justin is an amazing bartender that makes everyone feel right at home, and Kira helped me out with passing on an important message to help me get my credit card back from a local restaurant I left it at. I am designating this place as my second home when I am in Bend for business.
I had an issue with my reservation. The front desk manager i think her name was Shanon or could be Sharon did an excellent job to help me through this. She did go above & beyond. I appreciate the help. One more reason to be a Hilton customer. Thanks again In a different note. Great location, by the river, good restaurants around, clean & nice facility.
We stayed here on the way to Christmas to our sons in Seattle. Seattle stopped in Bend for the night, it’s a nice hotel. We’ve stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for many years, the room didn’t seem very clean smelled kind of stale old, I think the carpets need to be washed, but it was a great place to stay, breakfast was fantastic.
The front staff is amazing, house keeping has the rooms prepared early so I can check in on time and with superior cleanliness. The restaurant/bar has good food with the games on the TV. Breakfast is good too. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in Bend.
Nice hotel room are clean service was okay didn't seem to go above and beyond, but okay. I have no issues with hotels charging for breakfast. But they should be better than the the hiltons that offer it free. The pancakes were hard, they had to make me more. The sausages were burnt i mean I know it doesn't sound like a super big deal, but there's just no excuse for it. Especially when they're charging, you fourteen dollars. I will stay there again. It's the hampton inn this full, i just wont have breakfast.
