Checking in we discovered we had a ground floor room near the elevator, which is a room that didn't work for us in the past. Without issue, Kim at the front desk searched for another room that would work better for us. My traveling companion has very specfic dietary needs. The wait staff and in particular Nathan went above and beyond to accommodate. We have been in upper class restaurants that have not been as accommodating. He asked questions to ensure he understood the issue, even to the point of instructing the chef to clean the grill to ensure no cross contamination. This is a well run hotel where customer service and satisfaction is a goal which is built into their DNA.
Very nice hotel, beds are super comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Chip at the front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He was a big help and I could tell that he definitely cares about the guests.
I stayed for one night while traveling out of town. The lady who checked me in went over and beyond for me. She was phenomenal!! I do not remember her name. The hotel is located in a nice and safe area. My only complaint would be with housekeeping. The Keurig machine was filthy so I couldn’t use it and the lamp shade had many stains. Please note that the beds were very clean and comfortable. I would stay again!
Overall for the money Hilton charges. The rooms are ok. The beds definitely need a major upgrade. For guests that do not pay for all the amenities, in which of course that's what you're paying for. Conference rooms, bar, restaurant, pool, gym.. these prices for a bed that is hard as a floor. Well read the reviews from many guests and do something. Multiple days in a 4 and 5 star hotel guests expect more than just service.
The beds could use a little more comfort, but the pillows were nice. Big rooms. Clean. Good shower pressure and water temps. Amazingly friendly staff! Safe location near a lot of restaurants, but the hotel had good food and a full service bar. Nice outdoor patio seating area as well.
