REVIEW 1: I had a great experience with JOAQUIN, the maintenance man at Hilton Garden Hotel. He was extremely helpful and efficient in fixing the issue in my room. Not only did he resolve the problem quickly, but he also had a fantastic attitude—friendly, professional, and very attentive. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and I truly appreciated his excellent service. Thank you, JOAQUIN, for making my stay even better! REVIEW 2: I had an excellent experience with MARS, the waitress who served me. She was incredibly friendly and had such a great attitude throughout the meal. We had a wonderful conversation, and her menu recommendations were spot on! The food came out quickly, hot, and absolutely delicious. MARS really made my dining experience memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Horrible stay. $42 a night to park your car on top of the hotel fees. On top of that the staff was mostly sassy and not helpful. There were 2 instances of seeing cockroaches in the room and throughout the hotel. When I brought it up to staff they replied sarcastically and asked me what I wanted them to do. Would not recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful trip.
Wonderful place to stay if you’re in a vacation or a work trip. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach and if you surf. Definitely recommend!
I own a wedding catering company and restaurant and recently had the chance to work with Lauren and Sabrina on a wedding catering at the hotel. They are both very accessible and easy to communicate with for any matter. The hotel has a perfect location with stunning beach views and is recently renovated with new carpeted floors and bright colors. It is very clean and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. They have great rooms to book for wedding parties and the sunset deck offers amazing views. Definitely book this hotel for your next visit or next event.
