Customer Reviews
I had an exceptional experience during my stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The staff’s warmth and professionalism truly stood out. Andrew was especially helpful, offering great suggestions for local fishing spots, and I deeply appreciated his hospitality. Kiko, the chef, provided outstanding meals each night, and his culinary skills were consistently impressive. Jeremy, who served drinks one evening, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the evening more enjoyable. Jeremy G at the front desk assisted me with laundry services and did so with such a positive and helpful attitude. Carrie, who served at the bar, was equally delightful, providing excellent service with a friendly demeanor. While the hotel itself may feel slightly dated, the exceptional service from the staff more than made up for it. Each team member deserves recognition for their dedication to making guests feel welcome. I look forward to returning if I’m ever back in the area for work. Thank you for making my stay truly memorable—this level of service is well worth a five-star review.
January 17-19 We were required to stay here due to a "Stay and Play" tournament. When we arrived the lobby was under construction and forced to lobby to set up on a conference room. No notice was given of these conditions. The breakfast on day 1 of the stay was 1 hour late. Which forced players to go without. No coffee until 7:45 either. When we went to retire for the night we pulled back the sheets to find a previous guest clothes under the sheets. My assumption is room staff just tighten the sheets and retucked the covers. No shampoo or conditioner was refilled and multiple personal articals were left behindin the room from previousguest. Food was stale at breakfast and fruit was sour passed it's consumable state. For $14.95 anyone would assume better. Good luck to the next guests.
Jeremy at the front desk is the nicest and sweetest most refreshing experience I’ve ever had with a front desk rep at a hotel this 5 star review is for him!!
The room and facility is very clean. We stayed 4 nights in the same room and Delores was an attendant on our floor. I want to give her 5 stars for her service. She is very pleasant, efficient and cooperative. I gave the service an overall 4 stars, because the front desk attendant was not friendly or helpful. The staff in the evenings were great. Don't be fooled on the website that states 'free breakfast'. The only free things are coffee, water, and ice. The restaurant only has meals to order or a buffet. We weren't able to even order a piece of toast and bowl of cereal without paying for a complete meal with items we didn't want. And the food prices are much overpriced for the quality and service in the restaurant. The supper menu was the same for the entire four days; we ate elsewhere and had better food. I probably wouldn't stay here again because of the food service. A small continental breakfast would have been appreciated.
This must be the most quiet hotel in the existence of hotels. You hear zero noise in your room. The hotel is super clean. The laundry area is super clean with modern working machines. The pool is super clean. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The food server was pleasant and very accommodating. Employees are all friendly and super helpful. Great location many stores close in the area. Tons of restaurants in the area. Very close to Red Rocks. Close to major highways. WiFi is easy to connect.
