Hilton Garden Inn Gatlinburg

Great place to stay in the middle of town. Modern facilities and friendly staff. Only downside was the large number of children in the over 18 hot tub, but that's mostly on the parents, unfortunately, and not the busy hotel staff. Breakfast was great and I had a very kind server. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is a little outdated but very well maintained. The rooms were quiet. Bed and pillows were too soft for my personal preference but otherwise fine. Dog friendly. Outdoor hot tub. In room fireplace was wonderful! Unfortunately you cannot open the windows so you also had to have the air conditioning on while you ran the fireplace. AC worked wonderfully!!! Got nice and cold. Friendly staff. Close to main strip with all the stores but not close enough to get the noise, great location.

Rooms a little dated but nice hotel had the fireplace room it was nice. Service was great at the hotel the front desk workers were awesome! Will definitely stay here again! Nice and convenient for being in the middle of downtown walking distance to everything.

Staff was mediocre. Girl that greeted us didn’t say much, but another was so sweet. The rooms…. we paid $600 for 2 nights with 2 queens, which is outrageous. It was during a tournament so you’d think the price would go down and not up since they knew they’d have a lot of bookings. I thought it HAD to be nice though for that price tag! No..The walls were the thinnest walls I have ever EVER had. I could hear people talking constantly right in the other side of the wall (awkward), sneezing, toilets flushing, walking.. you name it. No breakfast included and didn’t start til 7am. Comforters were not comforters and pillows were very used. When I pay this much, I expect nice things.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Gatlinburg! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The rooms were spotless, and the common areas were inviting and tidy, which made me feel right at home. The service was top-notch as well—every staff member I interacted with was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything I needed. It really made a difference in the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the hot tub! After a day of exploring the beautiful area, it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. The hot tub was clean, well-kept, and the ideal temperature for a long soak. The location couldn’t be more convenient, either. Just a short walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg, I was close to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the town has to offer. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Hilton Garden Inn Gatlinburg and will definitely be returning on my next trip to the area. Highly recommend!
