I was in Myrtle Beach on January 24,2025. Mary, the young lady that checked us in was awesome, so kind and helpful. My son passed away and I was there to take care of his funeral arrangements. Mary and all the staff were absolutely amazing and very compassionate. It meant so much to me in a very difficult time. Thank you Mary Terri Stewart

I did not enjoy all that this hotel had to offer as I was busy working or elsewhere during my stay, but the rooms were clean, there were many amenities that added value to the hotel, all of which seemed to be in great condition as far as I could tell without use (pool, business center, bar, breakfast, etc.) All staff that i encountered were professional and friendly, anticipating our needs and providing the well-known southern hospitality expected from Myrtle Beach at its finest. Parking was a breeze and it was walking distance to the mall with tons of attractions nearby. A+ in my book!

Excellent place to stay! I was admiring how clean it was as I was washing my face in the bathroom. It's walking distance from a Tesla supercharger and there's plenty to do. Now the downside is breakfast is NOT included. I was so hurt when she told me that at check in. Alas, worry not, there's a Burger King next door!

Amazing location. Right next to the mall as well as many restaurants and even a Walmart. The service was great! I called for pillows, and they came right away. The rooms can be very big and are pretty clean. Rooms come with a coffee maker along with k cups and black tea to the left of the coffee maker. Also comes with a mini fridge and a microwave. Nice indoor pool and outdoor hotub. Also a nice gym with a good amount of equipment.

I booked through a third party site as I’ve done for the last 15 years. Never once has a hotel attempted to collect before my arrival and without notifying me first. No where in my booking does it say we collect the day before and it’s not a money thing bc that I have but it’s a customer service thing. I called the hotel to confirm what was going on the front desk was very off putting and says that’s just my tone. Talking to me rushed and when I explained I may also bring a pet she’s said oh we’ll collect for you pet when you arrive. YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO COLLECT ALL WHEN I ARRIVE. Then says “ so what do you wanna do”. I want the service I signed up for and if your specific hotel has a different policy then it needs to be updated with your 3rd party vendors.
