Would stay again but some issues we had mostly could be fixed with better housekeeping/maintenance. Stayed in Room 418 - shower head needed cleaning showing signs of mold. Rusting around the shower doors. Door to the bathroom lock was broken. Paint peeling around air-conditioner. Electrical burning smell from the bathroom mirror. We only booked a night or we would of requested a different room. Location was great! Lots of places to eat around there and walking distance to downtown. Would stay again.

I really liked how much thought was put into the creation of the rooms. It’s set up with a guest in mind with plenty of storage that is convenient. The lobby and breakfast/bar area is nice. Was within walking distance from the sights, but not in the thick of it. The only thing I did not like was the bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable. Hotels, please stop buying spring mattresses. Bonus: fun breakfast spot about a 5 minute walk is Sunday. They make their own sourdough and have a daily rotation of pastry.

We had a nice two day stay at the hotel. 1st night the cook failed to show up so we were out to dinner. Staff was plenty helpful. We did find that most of the historical district was very nickel and dime most everything. Same as the Hilton Garden inn charging for self--parking for pay guess...

This Hilton Garden Inn is a complete disappointment and feels more like a cheap roadside motel than a 3-star hotel. First off, the front desk staff are rude and unhelpful. They set the tone for what is an overall frustrating and unpleasant stay. The room? Subpar at best. If you’re traveling with kids, beware—there’s no streaming service, only a pathetic handful of cable channels with nothing worth watching and no on-demand options. Staying in the room with kids is pure torture. The location is another letdown. It’s a long, uncomfortable walk through a less safe area to get to the historic downtown. Not exactly the charming St. Augustine experience you’d hope for. To make matters worse, breakfast and parking aren’t even included. For the price, it’s insulting. Then there are the beds—hard as a rock with three sad, flat pillows for two people to share. Bring your own unless you want a sleepless night. This place is an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. It may be labeled as a 3-star hotel, but it’s barely worth 2. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself later.

This hotel was great! We arrived early before check in, and the room I selected wasn’t ready but Natoya ( I think) was able to find a room that was ready for us! Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We walked across the street to the old jail , bought trolly tickets and spent the entire day in the historic district. Staff were very nice and friendly . The room was very clean, however the bathroom still had hair from the previous guest in the shower and on the toilet . Overall, we would stay here again!
