Hilton Garden Inn Wisconsin Dells

Got away for our anniversary . Pool area could use some attention pool and pool deck need to be cleaned ! We did enjoy the outdoor hot tub . Was disappointed in the “bar” expected to be a little more than an island in the middle of the lobby . We also were under the assumption they had a restaurant for dinner as well . However the del next door was an amazing atmosphere and great food !

Stayed at this property the night of Feb 13, 2025. Room was decent and looked clean but, woke up in the night to find it had a bed bug infestation. When I told the front desk I was told "oh sorry, it's the season." I've stayed at many hotels in my life and not once before this stay have I found live active bed bugs in a room before. To make things better the manager at the property called me and accused me of lying and told me I'm making things up or that maybe it was Asian Beatles in my bed. Nice to know the property manager cares so much to accuse a Hilton Diamond members of lying rather then trying to rectify the situation and assure me they are looking into it.

CLEAN! Very impressed with how clean the whole place was! Staff was courteous, saw the manager interact with guests, making sure they were happy. On site restaurant was top notch and reasonably priced! Perfect location for Dells activities and restaurants 👌 as a frequent traveler, this was a pleasure from arrival to check-out. In a tourist town like the Dells, I found a gem!

Check in/out went perfectly. Beds were comfortable and clean. Shower was a little awkward with a small shower head over the corner jacuzzi tub..but it worked fine. Stayed here on our way to Michigan…would definitely stay again!

I regret to share that my recent experience at Hilton Garden Inn Wisconsin Dells was far from satisfactory, especially considering my Hilton Diamond status, which typically affords a high level of service at Hilton properties. Upon arrival, I encountered significant issues with my check-in process. Despite my business partner having made the arrangements, the concierge at the front desk was unable to accommodate the existing reservations, which was frustrating and inconvenient. I found myself having to rebook while standing in the lobby, an experience that should have been seamless. After finally checking in, I was met with unprofessional behavior from the concierge. Her dismissive comment, "I don't make the rules," when I sought assistance, was both inappropriate and disheartening. The situation escalated when I entered my assigned room, only to have a startled woman emerge from the bathroom. It was immediately clear that I had been assigned to a room that was already occupied. This breach of privacy and security was unacceptable. When I returned to the front desk to address the issue, I was met with an unfriendly response: “What now?” This lack of courtesy only compounded my frustration. I was then informed I was incorrect and that it’s possible construction was being done in the room that I was assigned. I find it interesting that the woman who was apparently doing construction had luggage and had clearly been traveling. If this is the standard of service that Hilton Garden Inn Wisconsin Dells aims to uphold, it is deeply disappointing. I have always valued my stays at Hilton properties, but this experience has led me to reconsider my future business with the brand. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
