Hilton Ocala

Odd checking in. May have been faster using the app. Being a Hilton member didn't seem to do anything for me. Two queen beds in the room. Single king is always ideal and wasn't even an option. Dinner was a buffet at the restaurant - i really dislike those, so we sat at the bar and ordered from menu. Food was okay. Drinks as expected. Needed a place to sleep so I guess this is as good as any. Nothing spectacular but okay.

I really enjoyed staying here! My son and I were visiting, and the accommodations were perfect. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The shower was awesome. Loved the soap and shampoo that was provided! The location was good for doordash at midnight. Glad we chose to stay here!

What a beautiful hotel. Check in was wonderful, the sweet girl was so attentive to our comfort. The room was spotless, the bed comfy with lots of room to spread out. I like the tv options with being able to use apps. I wish all Hilton hotels had that. We are dinner that night at the hotel because it was Christmas time. Our veggie pasta was good. Breakfast both mornings was very good. On Christmas morning they had a smaller variety, and all the workers were attentive and smiling. I especially liked the oatmeal and the overnight oats and fresh fruit the sunset was amazing. Ask for a pool facing room to see a beautiful sunset with the large windows in your room. We could hear a baby crying through the wall, but it's Christmas time so it really didn't bother us. There were two horses also in view out the window. We look forward to returning again in the spring to this lovely location just off interstate 75. The staff was wonderful and should be commended.

The beds were comfy, the waitress Christina provided some of the best customer service I’ve seen, and the breakfast was pretty good. I wish I would have gotten the made to order omelette or waffles they had but I forgot about them. In fact, the only thing I would consider, would be to have that info laid out so we can reference back as to all that is offered. I would have also liked to tip Christina but because I paid for the breakfast online, I didn’t get a bill or anything and I would have really liked to leave her a tip for how amazing she was. So I figured the next best thing is letting her know her service is much appreciated and keep being amazing :)

Fast and friendly. Felt safe and rooms were comfortable and fresh. We have dogs and the rooms were perfectly clean. Front desk staff, Erin was super sweet!
