Great place to stay in Avila Beach. Views are spectacular. Service is great. Walkable to beach. Just note that there is no on-site food so bring your own snacks from home! Our go to beach vacation spot.
We have stayed here multiple times and they are great at keeping up the property. Our room has been updated and looks and feels great. Very happy here. We'll be back again.
Eileen is fantastic. She made sure that we had a great room and made us feel like family. The room was very nice. The kitchen was not very good. No serving bowls or spoons or teaspoons. Appliances need updated and/or cleaned much better.
This is our seventh year and it’s perfect for the family and we love the ocean view. The rooms are really Nice and roomy, we’re a family of four and we get to come here every year. It’s just one of the best places I’ve ever been.
Our room was nice and clean and it had a full kitchen to cook our meals when we didn't want to go out. The view is the most awesome part of this place and it's a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Must be the off-season because it was very quiet. Hubby and I enjoyed sitting on the bluff during the sunsets and having a little charcuterie. The weather was perfect this early November. It was still warm enough to enjoy the pool and play tennis. There are also pickleball courts and golfing. Lots of hiking nearby too. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
