Customer Reviews
This was such a fantastic lodge for our December stay in Estes. Staff was so friendly, room was clean with a GORGEOUS view, and the hot tub is open year round! There are games and movies to check out too. We were there during some snowfall and were so pleasantly surprised that the lodge has snow scrapers to use on your vehicle and the lot and driveways were salted and plowed so well. We can’t wait to come back!
We had three beautiful days at Estes Park. The Lodge was perfect for us with a handy location near the Sweet Basilico Restaurant and quick access to town and The Rocky Mountain National Park. Our room was fine. Service was helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean. They have grills you can use by the pool. I wish they had faster Internet and filtered water. The kitchenette is handy for simple cooking.
This place was great. We had a gorgeous view of the mountains from our room, the amenities were awesome (super fun pool with provided accessories, nice hot tub, provided board games, relaxing large wood swing, refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and all of the utensils and dishes you need). The staff were kind and very helpful. There is not air conditioning, but they do provide lots of fans to help navigate the crisp mountain air into the room to make it comfortable.
Had our wedding here and associated rehearsal, as well as most of the wedding party stay here for the weekend. Everyone loved it, and the staff did everything they could to make our wedding and stay as great as possible. Excellent place that will forever have a place in our hearts
Very clean rooms, just dated. Some of the property needs a little TLC. The views are exemplary. The staff was ok. The front desk barely acknowledged us at check out. I usually stay downtown, but this time, I waited too late to book, and we were only staying 1 night. All in all, I would give it another try. The outdoor pool area looked beautiful, and I would like to enjoy the outdoor facilities next time.
