We love this campground! The staff is wonderful and really works to make your stay perfect. The emails and text notifications about activities and even weather are super helpful. Campsites are clean and the beach trolley is a huge bonus. Highly recommend the sea biscuit cafe, the cove, and sorellas - great food. We will be back next week!
My husband and I love Holden Beach RV campground. We’ve been there about four times over the last few years. Last year we went with only one grandchild even though we live 20 miles south. I was going to book again this June with our three grandkids and pitch a tent for them since our travel trailer is only 14 foot long and of course the experience for Youngsters to be in a tent. Holden Beach RV campground does not allow tents next to your RVs. We are so disappointed.
Awesome campground! 2 miles from the beach was a huge plus. Walked the beach every morning. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were extremely clean. Very quiet which is what we like. Lots of trees for shade. Look forward to staying for 2 months in March and April of next year. An older campground that has lots of character.
This was a very nice campground, quiet, with lots of mature trees and beautiful flowers. A wonderful pool, and very easy driving distance to the beach. (They also provide shuttles!) Will deliver dry firewood to your site - we were very pleased that it was dry. They even had live music on Labor Day weekend. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it!
Tent camped here with a dear friend for a shelling trip and we will definitely be back! Clean bathrooms, quiet tent site, and extremely hospitable and accommodating hosts. They even gave us recommendations for where to eat. If you’re in Holden this the place to stay! - Molly Claire & Kathryn
