I had a positive experience overall. I was kindly greeted by the front desk staff, Eden, who took initiative to make my stay nice. I voiced a slight issue (mold and no working heat) with our room and Eden quickly assisted us late in the night at finding an alternative option within the hotel. Good stay for the area!
The room was clean and smelled fresh. The toilet handle wasn't allowing the toilet to refill with water, you had to push it back into the toilet to get it to start refilling the tank. The Hot Tub's jets were Not working and No one came to fix it the next day, either!! The Staff were very polite even tho they were embarrassed by the lack of repairs being done around the place.
Nice place. Eden (the front desk receptionist) is absolutely amazing! Both times I have stayed, she was very helpful with everything and always super happy/friendly! She made some difficult days way less stressful.
Stayed overnight for work on the 4th floor. Lobby was bright and updated. Eden at the desk was so friendly and made check in quick and painless. The halls and room were outdated but still very clean and everything in the room was functional. The guest rooms were also very large and the water pressure and temperature were great! Overall a pleasant stay, I can't wait to stay again after renovations are complete!
Room smelled musty and moldy. Staff was great. One elevator is still broken. Overall in pretty rough shape. Some furniture in the room was recently updated. Breakfast also pretty poor. I do not recommend.
