Holiday Inn Express Hocking Hills-Logan, an IHG Hotel

Came out here for the New Year's train ride and to celebrate my daughter's birthday the hotel staff went above and beyond everything to make our stay absolutely wonderful breakfast food was great Hotel was clean they accommodated everything extra that I needed for my special needs daughter I would recommend this hotel the ladies at the front desk we're absolutely amazing . I had learned that they were a little short stuff because of the holiday but you could not tell that they were these ladies went way out of their way to make our stay feel like we are at home

I had an exceptional night's stay with my three children. I enjoyed the hot coffee in the lobby at check in and my children loved the pool. Breakfast was really nice. They had a good variety of food for me and my children. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The large TV had a good offering of channels for kids and adults. The surrounding community had lovely shops and there were several fast food and sit-down restaurants nearby. I will make this my regular stop when we travel between Florida and Canada from now on!

Stayed here probably 4-5 times over the last few years. The hotel has changed and is not quite as nice as it was. With our most recent trip we had problems with checkin and had to get another room. The replacement room had a strange odor. Disappointed because this is a great location for our reason for being in the area.

The place was recently updated. That is a reason why I gave it a four star It could have been a five if they would have used some better interior furnishings. Like maybe an end table next to the chaise lounge. Awesome the built-in end tables next to the bed you can only plug in one charger because the outlets are too close together. This has been a problem for all hotel rooms for the past 10 years PLEASE somebody fix this. Their breakfast is pretty much like any other hotel breakfast. I will say they have hot coffee all day long.

I am typically a Marriott girl, but this Holiday Inn was one of the best I've stayed in. First impression was the cleanliness was great.. the staff at the desk was friendly and did a great job getting us checked in quickly, which was a blessing due to us sitting in traffic all day for a poorly planned craft show that we were never able to attend. This made our day so much better. If I'm ever back in Logan I will definitely stay at this hotel!!
