Holiday Inn Express Holland, an IHG Hotel

We had an amazing experience at your hotel. We travel quite often and always stay at the Holiday Inn. This particular one is above all in amenities, staff, and comfort. The staff did an excellent job of checking with us to make sure that we were happy in our room at check in. On one occasion, we asked front desk staff to take a photo of us and she immediately dropped what she was doing to do this. All interactions with front desk staff, breakfast staff, and maintenance staff was superb. The jetted tub in the room was definitely a great addition to our room and I recommend that you use the indoor/outdoor jacuzzi with waterfalls. Thanx for the memories

This hotel is amazing! I stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of my Michigan coast trip and ended up booking another night as we were dealing with a hotel horror issue up the coast and drove down to stay here because of how amazing our experience was a couple days prior! The pool is not too cold and clean, same with the spa it’s the perfect temperature and feels amazing! Breakfast is amazing too, there’s a fun game area that we spent some time in as well. Would highly recommend booking here for your stay!!!

We stayed here 2 nights for a quick family getaway. Max greeted us at the front desk, late at night with a smile. He was extremely kind and helpful our entire stay. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The pool and hot tub here is awesome. My kids loved the game room. The ladies serving breakfast were amazing! They made food fresh for my kids and even offered us to go boxes of leftovers after breakfast was over. I’ve never been a huge Holiday Inn patron but this place changed my mind. Definitely recommend.

Second stay here. Great value. Like the rec room with pool table and ping pong. Pool is refreshing with nice indoor/outdoor hot tub. Breakfast is great quality with good selection. Rooms are quiet even with a lot of holiday foot traffic. More resort like with amenities than a traditional hotel.

Not to impressed with the morning staff very rude and very disrespectful, was told by a breakfast lady they weren’t gonna make anymore French toast sticks bc there was an hr left, then we get told that they ran out of French toast sticks when I talked to the lady at the front desk!! Two different stories and only one makes sense but I put it in my head that they were just straight up lazy and didn’t wanna make more!! Rooms on the 4th floor are not clean, found hair in the shower before taking a shower!!! Overall not impressed with this location anymore!!!
