My dad and I were traveling in the snow story early in the morning on Friday and needed a place to pull off and stay. Super great service! Jessica had the best customer service and made our day after a long day of traveling. Room was clean and comfortable. Morning staff was also great! Super friendly and food was delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here!
This Holiday Inn Express is quite a gem! It really stands out above the others. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were all very friendly- from Brooke, who checked us in, to the lady who ran the breakfast, to the friendly cleaning person in the hallway, all the way to the checkout young man in the morning – all very friendly! Breakfast was amazing… note, they had bacon, which we don’t always find. and they even had egg white omelettes for a healthier choice, in addition to all the standard options. The room itself was very nice. The TV seemed larger than typical. The bedding was very nice and the beds felt new. For those with sensitive noses, there were no smells whatsoever except for “clean”. And also, this place was extremely quiet. What a great night’s sleep!
The room was spotless, breakfast was great and well stocked and the staff was friendly. Everything you need when looking for a place to lay your head!! Definitely recommend
