Holiday Inn Express Myrtle Beach-Broadway@The Beach, an IHG Hotel

I stayed here several times. The rooms were always clean, the staff members were always friendly & the location literally was so close. My Dad lived around the corner. Sadly he recently passed from Parkinson’s. I will be traveling back up to SC from FL for a celebration of life in July.

As an IHG Platinum Member, we have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express hotels. This hotel was very clean and employees were very polite. However rooms are smaller. No full bathroom. Sink and mini fridge are put together. Shower and toilet in same "room" with fan that is loud and will not turn off. Breakfast was fresh and hot! Good hotel for shorter stays.

I visited the Myrtle Beach area last week and stayed and the Holiday inn express near broadway at the beach. The location was perfect but the room was not. We had a broken toilet that we had to lift the cover to pull the chain to flush. On one of the days there, our room was not made up at all. On another day, it was half made up. They put new towels and did nothing else. And to top it off, the phone in the room did not work. I don’t know how a company like this doesn’t check things like if a phone and or toilet is working. On our last night, I notified the front desk because we had no towels and of all the other issues and she told me that she will let the manager know immediately. Never got a call or any feedback at all from anyone at the property. Needless to say, me or anyone I know, will not be staying at ANY of the Holiday Inn hotels again.

This is a nice hotel. It's classy with great service from all the staff. The staff consist of friendly people. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast has a variety of choices. There coffee is very good. They even provide flavored cream. It is located close to the beach. It is also close to alot of the tourist sites in Myrtle Beach.

We love staying at Holiday Inn's. The beds are so comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very, very good. They have the best coffee! The lady (Joy) that worked with putting out the breakfast, was very helpful for suggesting on places to see. She gave us muffins to take for later, in our room. And it was close to a lot of things. Across the street from Broadway at the Beach. Not far from the ocean. And close to a lot of great restaurants.
