AAAWWsome. A welcome respite in a sea of mediocrity. Service was great even down to the front desk getting us a fresh cup of coffee when she knew that she had just brewed some fresh coffee. Extra touches as well, like towels sculptures in the bedroom. Sky went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She truly has a gift of hospitality, hang on to her, she is a gem. We own three Vacation Rentals and know good customer service when we see it.
Asked for a late checkout And they come to our door an hour before Waking us up Out of our sound sleep To see if we want our room cleaned. NO communication whatsoever. Bathroom floor was covered with people's hair from the stays before. No bacon on the continental breakfast only sausage. Not Everyone likes sausage not Everyone likes bacon how about trying both. Love this hotel. I travel for work and this hotel is amazing. The staff is great and friendly and have gotten to where they recognize me and greet me. The hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast and coffee are great. My only “complaint” is the rooms are just so cold upon entering but nothing I can’t fix quickly.
Stephanie went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and my little girl “love this hotel”. She was so sweet to all the guests.
This is the best chain hotel in the area. Staff is present and accommodating. The indoor pool, personal service & breakfast are lovely accomodations.
