Won’t come off quarters for laundry room, one guy didn’t understand what I was asking for after saying quarters multiple times I feel with that language barrier alone how hard it be to check or receive customer service. Loudest maids/ house keeping I’ve ever heard working on the road for years as most prop the doors open or something here they just slam each room they clean multiple times over n over like when kids run in and out of their hotel rooms but worse. Rooms around laundry vibrate intensely during their cleaning hours
Stayed here for an Eagles game, usually Holiday Inns are decent and clean. Not this one, this one is more like a Motel 6 than anything. Everything is outdated, the carpet are sticky. Definitely not to the standard of other holiday inns. Will never stay here again
I had two vastly different experiences at Holiday Inn. My first stay on October 9 was great, but my recent visit October 14 has been a complete disaster. Initially, my stay started fine until I noticed the smell of marijuana coming from nearby. I reported this to the front desk, and while the staff offered to spray the area, I knew that wouldn’t solve the problem if guests continued to smoke. I was moved to an accessibility room on the first floor, but that room had a strange smell that made me cough. I contacted customer service, who promised to speak with a manager. After waiting for a response that never came, I returned to the front desk and encountered Vik, the night auditor. His dismissive attitude was disheartening; he insisted that no one was smoking, despite my clear discomfort and repeated complaints. When I asked for another room, he ignored my questions and seemed annoyed. I was left in the lobby all night, completely abandoned by the staff. I received no resolution or compensation, and Vik’s refusal to assist me was unacceptable. I felt disrespected and ignored. As a result, I left the hotel sleep-deprived and frustrated, almost missing my flight due to the lack of sleep. After multiple attempts to resolve this matter, it’s clear that management does not care about their guests' well-being. I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to think twice. Don’t expect any accountability or support here—you deserve much better service elsewhere.
We were looking for a hotel last minute had wonderful experience at this hotel! It was clean, complimentary breakfast was great & staff was constantly restocking and ensuring top notch service. More than I expected & I recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
I would give zero stars if that was an option. The lid on the bed was filthy with visible stains the front desk staff is uninformed about the area, so was unable to offer any assistance and seem uninterested in trying the food, nightmare horrendous. The staff here is rude and unfriendly. The food was barely cooked to food, safety standards most of the meat options. I did not touch because they were obviously not cooked to food safety temperature, zero stars would not recommend
