Holiday Inn Express Plattsburgh

I travel a lot, and I can say that the Holiday Inn chain in the US offers excellent value for money. The staff are very polite, the prices are competitive, the rooms are very clean, and the shower and bed are great for a good night's sleep. The breakfast is reasonable, but it helps a lot before hitting the road. Missing some tables to breakfast, special between 8 and 9 AM.

Lots of screaming kids. I mean screaming. Up and down the halls at 10pm. Parents no better. Should probably chill on the booze and put your kids to bed at night. What happened to respect for others who are also paying the same price. Approached the front desk and she told me she would take care of it. After 2 hours I had my girlfriend call as I had a 3 yr old sleeping and could not leave room. Still waiting for her to address the issue. Early flight. Not impressed.

Very, very basic motel. The room was clean. I have to give them that. The bathroom sink is located inside the room, not in the bathroom. If one person is sleeping and another one needs to wash his/her hands, it's an automatic wake-up call. The noise isolation is zero. You hear everything in a hall or next room. The toilet compartment is tiny. Whatever the reason was, there was hardly any water coming from the shower head. And now breakfast. The food was awful and was not edible at all. It's a shame to offer such food to people. I've been a Platinum IHG member for over 30 years, and I will not stay in this property again.

Right off the highway and close to shopping. Beds were soft but also firm. You’re provided with 2 soft pillows and 2 firm pillows that are labeled. I had such a great sleep. Everything was very clean and quiet. Breakfast had a lot of options and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

Another repeat of them being beyond rude. Ignoring their own policies. Pretending to take care of issues with their systems and WiFi. I wish I could say how much money this hotel chain is taking is criminal. Their policies and pretend customer service is beyond criminal and begin to show how humans in America are all war criminals for money.
